Electroformed seaglass necklace with black waxed cotton cord and in a black presentation box.
Electroforming is copper deposition – you can use it to coat pretty much anything with copper. For this necklace, I wound some copper wire around a piece of seaglass and the electroforming made the wire thicker plus attached it to a copper jump ring. The seaglass is about 5cm tall.
The cord is slightly longer than often, at about 70cm total length, but it can always be made shorter with a knot.
Every item I make is unique.
