Description
Pale pink rectangle enamelled copper earrings on surgical steel, allergy-safe earhooks, presented in a black box. The back of the earrings have been enamelled in pink too because the enamel on the back stops them warping too much in the kiln. On the finial firing, I gave these earrings longer in the kiln – this created green-ish and dark dots and a dark edge. A disadvantage of overfiring is that it’s unpredictable, so the earrings are not identical. The rectangles are 3cm long and 0.9cm wide.
