Description
Pale grey, moon shaped enamelled earrings on allergy-safe earhooks, presented in a black box. The back of the earrings have been enamelled in the same colour because the enamel on the back stops them warping too much in the kiln. The earrings are about 2cm tall.
On the final firing, I gave these earrings a little longer in the kiln. This means that the grey has tiny darker dots it in and a slightly darker outer edge. I like overfiring – it gives interesting, if unpredictable and often unrepeatable results!
