Description
Oval pink enamelled necklace on silver colour, surgical steel, allergy-safe chain, presented in a black box. The oval has an oval hole in it. I made the necklace using pink opaque vitreous enamel. For the last firing I left the necklace pendant for longer in the kiln. This gave lighter and darker dots, which make it more interesting.
The chain is slightly longer than often, at 60cm total length, because it can always be made shorter with a knot. The back of the necklace has been enamelled in pink too because the enamel on the back stops it warping too much in the kiln. I’d class the pink as a paler shade, possibly baby pink or pastel pink. The pendant is 3cm high.
