Description
Enamelled copper leaf wall art, mounted on a hand painted wooden board. The wooden board has been chalk white, with a grey border. It has a hook on the back so it can be hung. The leaf is a maple-like shape and has been cut from sheet copper before being enamelled in vitreous enamel. It is mostly orange, with yellow veins and red towards the tips. The leaf was intentionally left for too long in the kiln (overfired) to give dark dots and a dark border. The board is about 18.5cm wide by 15cm high.
