Description
Transparent dragonfly necklace on a surgical steel, allergy-safe, chain, presented in a black box. The chain is 60cm, so a little longer than often. Surgical steel looks silver, but doesn’t tarnish. The enamel is transparent so a copper-like colour (a pale brown) and so it looks a bit more sparkly than the usual opaque colours. The back of the necklace has been enamelled in brown because the enamel on the back stops it warping too much in the kiln. The dragonfly is about 3cm high and 4cm wide. The thin wings and tail on the dragonfly make it a little more fragile than other pendants I’ve got – it could crack if anyone tried to bend it so I’d suggest if you’re buying it as a gift, pick it for someone who’s likely to not be too clumsy with it.
