Description
Cream or ivory colour long triangle enamelled copper earrings on surgical steel, allergy-safe earhooks, presented in a black box. The back of the earrings have been enamelled in the same colour because enamel on the back stops them warping too much in the kiln. I made these earrings using ivory/cream vitreous enamel. On the final firing, I left them for a bit longer in the kiln (overfired). This gives a darker outer edge and tiny darker dots. I just like the effect and unpredictability of overfiring! The triangles are long, slim triangles with the widest point 1.2cm and 2.1cm tall.
